Thanks for your visit to my blog and as to your question, - I use Photoshop Elements, the script is just a font (Extra Ornamental for the capital and Felix Tilting for the rest of the text). All I do is add an emboss to it, found in Special Effects, - layer styles,- bevels.... hope this helps.
